Randy has 28 years of aviation experience including 26 years as a US Air Force maintenance and logistics officer. During that time he served as the deputy commander of the KC-135, B-52, B-1 and E-3 depot lines at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Oklahoma and as the commander of the C-5, C-130, C-17 and F-15 depot production lines at Warner-Robins Air Logistics Center, Georgia where his focus was life-cycle logistics planning and execution. In 2007, he served for 6 months as the Director of the Baghdad Logistics Control Center supporting reconstruction projects throughout Iraq. Randy’s last USAF assignment was as the Director of Logistics Operations, HQ Air Mobility Command. He joined the APS team in September of 2013.
Randy has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science Degree in International Relations from Troy State University.
